We are experienced inflatable factory, double-layer airtight construction without continuous air blower. High reflective chrome outer film + airtight inner bladder, full high-frequency heat welding without stitching, equipped with air valve. Available for ceiling hanging, ground display and pool floating, widely applied in mall decor, wedding, bar, concert, grand opening, resort project & global export.

Double Layer Structure

1. Inner Bladder: Thick PVC/TPU airtight fabric, seamless welding, reinforced for large size to avoid crack & air leak.

2. Outer Mirror Shell: Aluminized reflective PVC, scratch-proof & UV resistant, various metallic colors.

3. D-ring Fitting: Built-in metal D-rings for suspension, single ring below 1m, multi-point rings above 1.5m, match ropes/sandbags for fixing.

Stock:0.4/0.6/0.8/1/1.2/1.5/2/2.5/3m; Custom:3.5m~10m giant sphere available.

Material Option

• Standard:0.45mm inner PVC +0.35mm mirror PVC for indoor short event

• Heavy Outdoor:0.65mm PVC/TPU inner +0.4mm thick mirror film for long-term mall & water scene

• Full TPU Cold-resistant Type: perfect for low temperature outdoor environment

Color Selection

Silver, gold, iridescent, blue, red, black, green, pearl white; custom split color & logo UV print available.
